There is NO AGE LIMIT to Martial Arts Training!

Maria L. Collas, a dedicated Gentle Do Tai Chi student, marked a momentous occasion on Saturday, 12/17/23 as she celebrated her 95th birthday in the midst of her Tai Chi class. Surrounded by fellow classmates, Maria’s milestone was met with joy, admiration, and a strong sense of community.

The Gentle Do Tai Chi class, known for its inclusive and supportive environment, gathered to honor Maria’s incredible journey of health and well-being. The celebratory morning began with a specially tailored Tai Chi session that allowed Lucinda to gracefully showcase the benefits of this ancient martial art. As the class flowed through movements designed to promote balance, flexibility, and inner calm, Maria’s radiant spirit resonated with her fellow practitioners.

Maria’s dedication to Gentle Do Tai Chi exemplifies the ageless benefits of this ancient practice, showcasing that one can lead a vibrant and fulfilling life well into their 90s.
